This position will focus on strategically leading the Cell Therapy platform from pre-IND, through to commercialisation, and as such it is important the candidate can bring a strong leadership background within the Global Regulatory Affairs space, having led submission activities for early and late stage oncology assets within development. Experience with cell therapies would be beneficial.

Medical Director, Clinical Development

This position will focus on strategically leading their Antibody therapeutic platform from early stage development through to commercialisation, and as such it is vital the candidate can bring a deep understanding of how to build and execute effective clinical development programs. The candidate will have a medical background (MD, Mbbs, Mbchb, or equivalent) and several years of experience working with oncology platforms.

Senior Director, Head, Clinical Pharmacology

Director, Clinical Operations
Our client is a oncology focused biotech based in Germany, focused on developing immunotherapies in the oncology space.
This position will take ownership of the company’s antibody platform, strategically guiding clinical stage compounds through early and late stage development in partnership with the leadership team and core development group. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in clinical trial management within the oncology space (antibody experience preferred) along with management experience as you will also be leading a team of clinical trial managers and clinical research associates.

Clinical Trial Manager
Our client is an innovative biotech company based on the East Coast, with an exciting early stage oncology portfolio focused on the development of antibody technologies.
This position will focus on managing global clinical trials throughout early and late stage development, partnering with the global development team to help design and execute clinical studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in the conduct of clinical trials, particularly within early stage development and will also have a good experience with oncology therapeutics (antibody experience is a plus).

Program, Portfolio Director
Our client is a clinical stage biotech company focused on the development of products throughout nephrology, renal and immunology therapy areas.
The Program Director will take overall accountability of project deliverables for compounds in late stage preclinical, early clinical and late phase development. They will effectively act as a CEO for the program team, taking ownership of milestone objectives for the core development group, working with key partners from clinical, medical, operations and commercial to build effective program strategies in alignment with company leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in Program Management, with a preferred experience in obesity or diabetes product development.

Associate Director, Regulatory CMC
Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with an expansive pipeline of oncology, haematology, rare disease and immunology products. This position will primarily focus on cell therapy products within the oncology portfolio, working within the wider technical development organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid technical understanding of Regulatory CMC documentation, with a wealth of experience in authoring module 3 documents. The position will work closely with the lead regulatory strategist and provide guidance to the technical product development team, aligning with stakeholders from quality, CMC, research and clinical to help design robust regulatory plans.
